FaceTite
With the help of FaceTite, Tampa patients can tighten numerous areas of the face for a more youthful appearance. This radiofrequency-energy-based procedure can be used to treat the cheeks, chin, jowls, neck, areas around the eyes, jawline, the nasolabial folds, and more. Collagen growth is stimulated, creating very natural-looking results.
What Is FaceTite?
FaceTite is a cosmetic procedure that utilizes radiofrequency energy to tighten and contour the skin in the face and neck area. Radiofrequency energy is delivered to the underlying tissues, promoting collagen production and tightening the skin. Stubborn fat is also removed. The procedure is minimally invasive, and most patients experience little discomfort and downtime.
Ideal Candidates
The treatment is suitable for individuals of all ages, especially in their 30s to early 50s, provided they are in good health and have realistic expectations. It can be performed for all skin types as well.
You are an ideal candidate for FaceTite if you have mild to moderate skin laxity in the face and neck area. If you are not ready for a surgical facelift yet, then you can consider a FaceTite procedure.
Your FaceTite Consultation
Before undergoing FaceTite, you are required to come in for a consultation. During the consultation, a physical examination will be performed to evaluate your face and neck. Discuss your goals and expectations; these will be prioritized when the treatment plan is being developed. There will also be an explanation of the procedure, including its benefits, risks, and expected outcomes.
The Procedure
FaceTite is performed under local anesthesia or light sedation. A small incision will be made in the target area. A handpiece with a tiny probe and electrode will be used during the procedure. The probe will be inserted beneath the skin’s surface, and the electrode will be placed on the surface of the skin.
The probe will deliver radiofrequency energy to the underlying tissues, causing them to contract and tighten. Fat will be melted and then removed using the probe. The procedure can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the extent of the treatment.
FaceTite Recovery
There is minimal downtime or recovery period needed after your FaceTite procedure. Most patients can resume their normal activities within a few days of the procedure. Some may experience swelling, bruising, and mild discomfort for a few days after the treatment.
Wearing a compression garment is recommended to help reduce swelling and support the skin. You are advised to avoid strenuous exercise and sun exposure for a few weeks after the procedure.
FaceTite Cost
The cost of FaceTite can vary depending on the extent of the treatment. The overall price may be impacted by the number of target areas and the time required to perform the procedure.
